GET INVOLVED
FIND YOUR PLACE AT DESERT SKIES
Don’t just attend Desert Skies—become part of the family. God calls each of us into a close and meaningful relationship with Him, and we believe that faith is not meant to be lived alone. We grow deeper in our relationship with God through the love, encouragement, and support of a community of believers. At Desert Skies, we want you to find a place where you can connect, grow, serve, and build meaningful relationships. What God is doing in our lives is meant to reach beyond Sunday mornings and into our homes, neighborhoods, schools, workplaces, and everyday lives.
GROW WITH US
Following Jesus is a lifelong journey. No matter your age or stage of life, there is always an opportunity to learn, grow, and deepen your faith. Explore our life-stage small groups and ministries for Children, Youth, and Adults, and discover where you can connect and grow at Desert Skies.
GETTING STARTED
At Desert Skies, we want to come alongside you as you grow in your relationship with God. We believe that finding a local church community you can call home is an important part of that journey. If you’re interested in getting connected or becoming more involved in the life of Desert Skies, choose one of the following:
New Member Class
You’ll learn more about our church’s history, ministries, beliefs, and values, as well as the many ways you can connect and serve. We’ll also explore what it means to be part of the body of Christ, including the biblical understanding of “membership” found in 1 Corinthians 12:12–31.
The New Member Class is offered once each quarter.
Children are welcome to attend the New Member Class with their parents.
Coffee w/ Pastor Heath
Coffee With Pastor Heath is an opportunity to have a personal conversation about faith, life, and your experience at Desert Skies.
There’s no agenda or expectation—just an opportunity to share, ask questions, tell your story, and explore how you might become more connected to the Desert Skies community.
Coffee With Pastor Heath is available by appointment.
